The acquisition is a strategic move by Cyera to enhance its capabilities in identity management and cloud activity analysis. The deal involves the transfer of Shape AIs talented team to Cyera, while the original product developed by Shape AI will be closed. The acquisition amount is estimated to be several tens of millions of dollars, paid in Cyera shares and options.
