Siddhi Capital, a growth equity firm investing in the food and beverage industry, has closed a $135 million Fund II. The firm was co-founded by Melissa Facchina and Steven Finn and focuses on operationally efficient investments. Siddhi Capitals portfolio includes brands like Aura Bora sparkling water, Thistle food delivery, Mid-Day Squares chocolate snack company, and Magic Spoon cereal maker. The firms first fund, which raised nearly $70 million, was invested in over 40 early-stage companies. However, Fund II will focus on deploying more money into fewer companies at a more growth equity stage.
