Paris-based startup Siit SAS has raised $5 million in funding to expand its AI-powered service desk platform. The investment, led by StageOne Ventures and Seventure Partners, will be used to develop new features with a focus on AI capabilities, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and hire additional employees. Siits platform, designed to streamline technical support processes, is now generally available after being in beta since 2022. It allows employees to submit support tickets through various channels and uses AI to route requests to the appropriate administrators.
