Singularus is a private equity group that performs buyouts of small and medium cap businesses worldwide. The firm seeks to acquire equity in established companies, and assisting them with their continuous development. It primarily takes control or joint-control positions in small to mid-sized companies. The firm is deeply involved with its portfolio companies: analyzing the future development path, supporting management teams, implementing strategies and being closely involved in all aspects of the companies in which it is investing in. Singularus focuses on mature companies, with revenue between 5 and 60 million USD, a positive EBITDA and a positive cash flow. Additionally, the firm specializes in buyout transactions in which the current shareholder's desire to transition out of the business is achieved in a smooth process for all parties involved. The company seeks to build successful long-term partnerships based on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration with its investors, investment companies, as well as sell side management and founders.
