All three make up the Software AG R&D center in Israeland had been in business for years before the acquisition. SPL was established in the 1980s and had many of the largest organizations in Israel as customers. The Software AG development center in Israel develops advanced products for modern core systems. Software AG is also a software house involved in projects from start to finish.
