Spiritt takes Seed funding to $13.5 million for AI platform that builds apps through verbal descriptions | CTech
Israeli startup Spiritt has raised an additional $8 million in seed funding, bringing its total to $13.5 million. The round was led by Square Peg and Disruptive AI, with participation from SVB. Spiritts platform allows users to develop complex applications by verbally describing their ideas to a computer, without the need for programming knowledge. The funding will be used to expand the team, particularly in marketing and performance roles for US expansion, as well as designers, engineers, and customer managers. Spiritt was founded in 2020 and some of its customers have already secured capital using the applications they developed through the platform.

Izhar Shay leading $5.5 million investment in startup Spiritt CTech
Spiritt, a startup that enables the development of complex apps without coding, has raised $5.5 million in a Seed round led by Izhar Shay and joined by Silicon Valley Bank. Spiritts platform allows the development of complex applications through conversation with a chat-bot. The investment will be used to meet growing customer demand, expand R&D and marketing teams, and support ventures under Spiritt. The founders aim to create a global company serving millions of customers.
