Symantec buys Israeli cybersecurity co Javelin Networks

Symantec has acquired Javelin Networks, an Israeli company that develops protection for an Active Directory (AD) package of services tools used to manage organizational networks. Symantec Buys Israel-Based Mobile Security Startup Skycure

Symantec Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire Israel-based mobile security company Skycure for approximately $280 million. The deal is expected to close in the second fiscal quarter of 2017. Symantec Corp. is acquiring Israeli cybersecurity company Fireglass for $250 million. Fireglass has developed an agentless isolation solution that eliminates ransomware, malware, and phishing threats in real-time.
