Tadir Gan wins $45m Volkswagen contract
Tadir-Gan (Precision Products) Ltd., controlled by First Israel Mezzanine Investors Fund (FIMI), has won a $45 million contract from Volkswagen AG to supply aluminum and magnesium engine parts over eight years. The contract is the result of two acquisitions made by Tadir Gan earlier in the year. Tadir Gan will supply components produced at its plants in Afula and Germany. The agreement includes a one-time payment of $4.3 million by Volkswagen to cover the companys investments in the project. This contract is Tadir Gans first material framework agreement with Volkswagen, demonstrating their position as a leading manufacturer of aluminum and magnesium parts for the car industry.
