Telco Systems Develops uCPE PoC with Arm and Vodafone Group
Telco Systems has developed a uCPE proof-of-concept (PoC) with Vodafone Group, Arm, and NXP Semiconductors based on its NFVTime solution. The PoC demonstrated support for multiple enterprise services and the ability to easily add or subtract additional services. It also marked the first successful demonstration of a fully orchestrated mix of container and virtual machine-based network functions running on the same platform. The testing was performed on Arm Neoverse-based processors designed by NXP Semiconductors. The solution showed high performance and low carbon footprint.
