Amdocs (DOX) Acquires TEOCO Service Assurance Business Unit
Amdocs Limited has completed the acquisition of TEOCOs service assurance business, a move that is expected to have a neutral impact on Amdocs’ fiscal 2023 and 2024 non-GAAP diluted earnings per share. The acquisition will enhance Amdocs service orchestration offerings for its service providers and assure service quality. TEOCO has completed its acquisition of Schema Ltd., a provider of multi-vendor Radio Access Network (RAN) optimization and analytics solutions. The acquisition positions TEOCO at the forefront of key industry issues and expands its market presence in Latin America and Asia. Schemas spectrum management solutions enable operators to offer more cost-effective services with wider coverage and superior building penetration. Software co TTI lays off 15% of work force
TTI Team Telecom International Ltd. has been acquired by TEOCO Corporation for $58 million. Following the acquisition, TTI is set to implement a wave of layoffs, with an expected total of 15% of the companys workforce, or about 40-50 people. TTI, which develops software solutions for operating and monitoring communications networks, will merge its activities with TEOCO, which produces software for communications solutions providers and focuses on the North American market.
