Israeli firm TGL purchases Haifa Rubber Works
TGL S.P. Industries Ltd. has acquired the assets of Haifa Rubber Works to bolster its civil market business and diversify its structure. The acquisition, valued at $1.5 million, aims to balance TGLs business activities, which are heavily concentrated in the military market. The acquisition is expected to increase TGLs annual sales by about 35 percent, making it the second largest rubber company in Israel. TGL will also add about 24 more employees through the acquisition.
