Tosca to acquire Polymer Logistics

Tosca has agreed to acquire Polymer Logistics, an innovative company specializing in reusable transport packaging and retail merchandising systems. The acquisition will expand Toscas geographic reach and increase its product portfolio. Apax Partners, which acquired Tosca in 2017, will commit additional capital to fund the acquisition. Tosca plans to carve out Polymers Cleanpal® reusable pallets business as a separate unit within the company.
