Israeli-Jordanian software house Visuality Systems is completing a $5 million financing round at a company value of $25 million. The company develops software based on wireless technology and is in negotiations with operating system developers. They have already agreed to market their software with Wind River Systems and are in advanced talks with Microsoft and Linux. Visualitys product is also compatible with cellphones. The company expects sales to reach $4-5 million in 2001 and $12 million in 2002. The financing will be used to recruit marketing and support personnel.

Israeli-Jordanian Co Visuality Systems Signs Partnership Agreement with Wind River
Israeli-Jordanian company Visuality Systems has signed a partnership agreement with US company Wind River. Sales in the first year of the agreement are estimated to reach $1.5-2 million. Visuality Systems develops software for computer network owners to examine the switch position of the network or linked devices. The company raised $1 million three months ago from Apex Mutavim and Banque Multi Commerciale at a company value of $10 million. They had previously received $500,000 from the Trilateral Industrial Development Fund (TRIDE).
