Cloud-aware data infrastructure platform developer, Volumez, has raised an additional $20 million in its Series A funding round, bringing the total to $40 million. The round was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies and included new investors Samsung Venture Investment Corporation and J-Ventures, as well as existing investors Pitango First and Viola Ventures. The funds will be used to expand the companys cloud services to additional AI and machine learning workloads.
