Israeli start-up WATT is developing a unique urban transportation vehicle, a capsule in the shape of a large wheel that offers space for two passengers. The idea, first published about 150 years ago, has been featured in many films and there have been several attempts to produce it. However, until now the mechanism has not matured into a vehicle with real marketing capability. The company is currently in the process of raising investors and a prototype ready for movement is expected to make its debut in about two years.
