UK fund to enable small investments in Israeli tech firms By Reuters

Taurus Asset Finance, a UK-based financier, is launching a fund that will enable retail investors to invest in start-up technology companies in Israel and the United Kingdom. The fund, called Wekix II, is an Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) fund specializing in cloud, Internet, mobile Internet, and e-commerce early-stage firms. The minimum investment for the fund is £5,000 ($7,451), and the closing date for investment is June 30. The fund aims to tap into the international investment opportunities of Israeli tech start-ups and leverage the market, creative services, and capital in London to help these companies grow.
