WEmanage Overview

Our SAAS system and applications were developed out of a fundamental need of our customers as a website management service company serving hundreds of different customers. We have identified real distress by shop owners who feel insecure, lack of control and fail to provide basic customer service for their online customers. Our product is designed to meet exactly these needs and developed together with many design partners which give us feedback, Indications for use and we recently extended reach to more users as well so we get more feedback from a variety of countries. Our goal is to fill a real gap in the ecommerce market with higher accessibility of combining other solutions. Our tools make ecommerce management a good experience by making routine management tasks much simpler & faster - like a game. Our product is unique in that its extra easy to connect ecommerce websites without any technical skills other than their user's name and password. We developed a bot that helps users with onboarding process and allows us to reach a wider audience of customers, and once they are in the system, we offer them a wide range of premium tools that do not require an additional connection. We are also exposed to data from many sources such as transaction data, sales data, and we have the ability to draw insights and offer complementary products.
