Israeli company Wenrix, which operates a system for predicting flight ticket prices, has signed a deal with international tourism service provider Trip.com. The deal, made through subsidiary Ctrip, will see Wenrix provide services worth tens of millions of shekels to the Chinese company. As part of the strategic partnership, Trip.com will connect Wenrixs flight ticket price prediction system to its platform and the two companies will jointly develop new products in the tourism market. The deal is expected to increase Wenrixs sales volume by about $10 million a year. The control of Wenrix will remain with the founders.
