The company holds a database of over 100 million business contacts worldwide. DiscoverOrgs CEO, Henry Schuck, stated that the Israeli center will continue to be the companys development hub. The merged company now employs a total of 1,050 employees, with 50 of them in Israel.

Servicesoft, Founded in Israel, Sold to Broadbase Software of US for $645 Mln
Servicesoft, a company created from the merger of two Israeli companies, has been acquired by US company Broadbase Software for an estimated $645 million. The acquisition was valued at 36.5% of Broadbases shares. Servicesoft had planned to raise $75 million in April but shelved the plan due to a stock exchange downturn. The company reported revenues of $10.5 million for 1999 and employs 600 staff.
