Zen Eating Overview
Zen Eating has developed a device that helps users learn to control the speed at which they consume food and beverages. The Zen Eating Sipper is designed to train a persons tongue and throat to swallow smaller amounts of food or drink. By doing so, the user will automatically eat more slowly, feel more relaxed, and become full on less food. The companys Water-Sipping Eating Trainer is a device that stops bad eating habits by training the users tongue and throat to be fully active while chewing, preventing the cheeks from vacuuming up unchewed food. The device helps people build the coordination needed to swallow less at a time. The Water-Sipping Eating Trainer is currently on the market. Zen Eating has also developed the Dream Sipper for people with sleep apnea. By strengthening both the tongue and the soft palate, the Dream Sipper can both reduce snoring and help with sleep apnea.
