Granot Avocado Achieves 100% Shipping Accuracy with Zetes
Granot Avocado, an Israeli cooperative of agricultural farms, has selected the ZetesMedea shipping verification solution to improve efficiency and eliminate errors in its loading verification operations. The new system ensures 100% accuracy and traceability of outbound pallets, leading to significant improvements in processing and loading onto vehicles. The cooperative previously relied on a time-consuming manual process that resulted in a high error rate. With the implementation of ZetesMedea, Granot Avocado has achieved a significant increase in data accuracy, reduced error rates, and improved customer satisfaction. The solution utilizes Machine Vision technology to streamline outbound logistics and provide visual proof of the condition of the pallets. Zetes, the provider of the solution, expects the project to bring Granot Avocado quick return on investment.

Belgium's Zetes acquires ImageID
Belgiums Zetes SA has acquired ImageID Ltd., an Israeli start-up, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will have no significant impact on Zetes balance sheet structure. ImageID, which raised $34 million, is the latest Israeli start-up to be acquired for less than the capital invested in it. ImageID develops monitors for the movement of goods and its customers are primarily European logistics companies. Zetes, a pan-European provider of solutions and services for automatic identification, has acquired ImageIDs business, assets, patents, and intellectual property. About twelve ImageID employees will join Zetes Competence Center. ImageIDs Visidot solution, which uses imaging technology for barcode identification, will be integrated into Zetes identification solutions portfolio for the supply chain.
