Mavens, the Israeli arm of gaming giant Zynga, has leased two buildings in Tel Aviv as part of an expansion process and the recruitment of dozens of new employees. The deal is worth 20 million shekels. The company plans to turn the building into a company campus, including an auditorium for large-scale meetings. The deal is for five years with an option for two additional years. Mavens is expected to move to the renovated building in the coming months.

Zynga buys an Israeli startup that hasn't even raised any money and comes into the Israeli market
Zynga, the gaming company known for Farmville, has completed the acquisition of Israeli startup Storemaven and announced the opening of a new research and development center in Israel. Storemaven, which helps companies and gaming developers increase installations of their games, will see all 50 of its employees join Zynga. This is Zyngas second acquisition in Israel, having previously acquired Rising Tide Games in 2015. Zynga itself was acquired by Take-Two in May for over $12 billion.

US gaming giant Zynga buys Israel's Storemaven
Zynga Inc., owned by Take-Two Interactive Software, has acquired Storemaven, an Israeli App Store Optimization (ASO) company. The acquisition will expand Zyngas activity in Israel and combine Storemavens mobile technologies with Zyngas global portfolio and Chartboosts advertising platform. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is estimated to be in the tens of millions of dollars. Storemaven specializes in providing services to large mobile companies, helping them understand their business activity through data analysis. Zynga plans to hire hundreds of people in the coming years. The acquisition is a continuation of Zyngas strategy after acquiring Chartboost a year ago.
