JobSwipe is an employment app that matches people with jobs through a user interface similar to that of Tinder, while also incentivizing sharing and engagement through referral bonuses. JobSwipe users simply upload their resumes once and choose their skills and location preferences. From there, JobSwipe performs searches in more than 300 Facebook and LinkedIn groups. Users swipe to apply for a job, reducing transaction costs and making the process of applying for a job fun and engaging. In addition, recruiters can put a referral bonus on their job postings, incentivizing users to swipe and refer their friends. The app also displays shared Facebook connections in order to create trust, generate interest, and make referrals easier. JobSwipe was developed by MSP Group.
