Supportomate has developed an autonomous call-center agent designed to automate conversations over phone and text channels to help insurance carriers reduce the cost of their sales and customer service processes. The company’s proprietary conversation-learning technology uses existing stockpiles of recorded conversations to train a fully automated voice customer service representative for deployment in enterprise call centers. Because it learns from existing calls, Supportomate’s technology is capable of understanding multidirectional, open conversations rather than having to rely on close-ended, pre-scripted dialogues.
