French Bank BNP Paribas to Introduce New Customer Service Automation Technologies
BNP Paribas will implement technologies developed by Israeli startup 7twenty in its customer service online chat system. The deal was signed between BNP Paribas and French distributor Cywyc. The financial terms were not disclosed. 7twentys technology allows customer service providers to combine automatic responses by bots with replies from a human operator. BNP Paribas will first implement the technology in its Paris headquarters and then expand to other offices. 7twentys technology is already used by customers in several countries, including Israels Bank Hapoalim and Israel Discount Bank.
