ARTsys360 Overview

ARTsys360 develops a 3D, 360 micro-radar sensor designed to protect compounds, improve traffic lights in smart cities, and enable autonomous cars. The patented technology allows a reduction in price, weight, and energy consumption compared with similar systems. The companys RS360-400 for drone detection is a light, low-cost, compact, and reliable micro-radar system with low energy consumption. The system detects human targets, flying drones, and vehicles within a 360 radius and up to a few hundred meters away. The ARTsys360 Intelligent Transportation System is a 3D, 360 sensor that enables accurate traffic-load monitoring for cloud-based traffic management. For autonomous cars, the company offers a 77 Ghz automotive imaging micro-radar with 3D, 360 multispectrum sensorsin a standard shark-fin enclosure.

Kaman Capital, a stock exchange skeleton, is attempting a merger with drone company ARTsys360. The shareholders of Kaman Capital will meet to decide whether to approve the merger. ARTsys360 has developed a new drone system in Poland with full ownership by a Polish subsidiary. The company has received a budget of $7.75 million from the Research and Development Center in Poland, with $5.25 million defined as a grant. ARTsys360s shareholders include Kibbutz Hazorim, Technions investment funds, and founders Meir Zorea, Amir Barlad, and Erez Ben Ari, as well as some foreign investors. The company is in negotiations with a German company for a marketing agreement and with an Italian company that produces electronic blocking systems for integration with the drone system.

Private company Artesis 360, established in 2013 and specializing in the development of drones for identification and traffic management in urban spaces, has raised around 20 million NIS to date and employs 6 people. A subsidiary of the company won a drone development project in Poland with a budget of up to 8.2 million dollars. According to a stock exchange agreement signed between the company and Artesis on October 21, 2021, the company will acquire all the issued and paid-up share capital of Artesis. This acquisition is subject to certain conditions, including a public holding rate of the company not less than 10% and a fundraising at a value to the merged company of not less than 100 million NIS.
