A subsidiary of the company won a drone development project in Poland with a budget of up to 8.2 million dollars. According to a stock exchange agreement signed between the company and Artesis on October 21, 2021, the company will acquire all the issued and paid-up share capital of Artesis. This acquisition is subject to certain conditions, including a public holding rate of the company not less than 10% and a fundraising at a value to the merged company of not less than 100 million NIS.
