Voodoo is a French mobile gaming company whose shareholders include Chinese company Tencent and Goldman Sachs. Beach Bum employs over 100 people and most of its shares are held by its five founders. The company also raised initial capital of $14 million from two venture capital funds: Haim Sabans venture capital fund and 83North.
