Software giant CA Technologies has acquired Israeli company IdMlogic for an estimated $20 million. This is CAs twelfth Israeli acquisition. IdMlogic develops intelligent identity management applications and provides the front-end application for CA Identity Suite. All IdMlogic employees have joined CA. The acquisition comes after CA Technologies closed its commercial operations in Israel and fired dozens of employees.

CA buys role management co Eurekify
CA Inc. is acquiring Israeli identity and role management solutions developer Eurekify Ltd. for an estimated price tag of $30-40 million. The deal is expected to close by the end of the month, with Eurekifys operations being integrated into CAs business.
