HUB Security acquires cybersecurity company Comsec for over $20 million
HUB Security has announced the acquisition of Comsec Global for NIS 70 million ($21.8 million). The merger is expected to more than double HUBs revenues and expand its global sales and distribution infrastructure to over 40 countries. Comsec, a pioneer in data security, has an extensive customer base and subsidiaries in the UK and the Netherlands. HUB Security, founded in 2017, specializes in protecting sensitive commercial information and offers advanced encrypted computing solutions. The merger is seen as a strategic move to create a unique entity with strong growth potential in the cybersecurity market.
