It will run anonymously and users can choose whether to report their exposure to the health ministry. The Supreme Court ruled against emergency regulations that allowed the police and Shin Bet to obtain information on coronavirus patients without a warrant. The court ordered the regulations to be overseen and approved by Knesset subcommittees or they will be nullified.
