HYPE Capital aims to leverage its unique access to hundreds of startups and leading stakeholders worldwide, in order to make early-stage investments in selected sports startups. HYPE Capital compliments HYPEs global innovation competition as it invests in innovative startups in the world of sports, in order to ensure smart investments in companies that can potentially make a big change in the world of sports. HYPE Capital will focus on companies developing technologies in the fields of broadcast, e-sports, smart stadiums, audience engagement, gambling, and achievement analysis. Founded in 2015, HYPE Sports Innovation is a global eco-system for sports innovation with more than 40,000 key industry members. It operates 12 accelerators worldwide. Each accelerator focuses on a single industry vertical, such as blockchain and audience engagement.
