David Rosenblatt, a member of the board of the American Technion Society, has started an angel investor group called I-Lab Angels to support Israeli start-ups at the countrys research universities. The group, which also includes Matt Golub and Danielle Capalino, has made 14 investments totaling roughly $6 million in its first 20 months.
