Interna Therapeutics is an innovative biotechnology company that developed a transformational delivery technology for macromolecules. Processa Pharmaceuticals has signed a licensing agreement with Aposense, LTD. to develop and commercialize their next generation irinotecan cancer drug, ATT-11T. The licensing agreement is contingent upon Processas closing of the Satisfactory Financing Round and the listing of the Companys shares on the NASDAQ or NYSE and Aposense obtaining the approval of the Israel Innovation Authority. Under the terms of the License Agreement, Aposense will receive shares in Processa with an aggregate value of $2.5 M and could receive up to $125 M in potential development and sales milestones, as well as royalties of 7% based on net sales.

Aposense unit to raise $20m from Len Blavatnik

Aposense Ltd. has announced the founding of a subsidiary named Sirvir, which will use its genetic therapy technology to develop treatments for infectious diseases in the respiratory system. The subsidiary will be jointly owned by Aposense, Access Industries Holdings LLC, and Prof. Roger Kornberg. Access Industries has committed to investing $4 million in Sirvir immediately, with the potential for an additional $16 million investment. Aposenses share price increased by 6% following the announcement. Aposense has developed a system for directing molecules into body cells to silence certain genes, which has the potential to make a significant contribution to medicine. Israeli co Aposense jumps on research deal with Pfizer

Aposense and Pfizer have signed an agreement for the technological evaluation of Aposenses ML-10 molecule. The agreement carries no financial significance at this stage, but if Pfizer decides to use Aposenses technology, it could have financial repercussions for the company. Aposense reports positive colon cancer drug results

Aposense Ltd. has completed preclinical studies for the ATT-11T molecule for early stage treatment of colon cancer. The molecule is being developed in partnership with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Aposense has also developed an IV formula suitable for humans. The ATT-11T molecule is a combination of Irinotecan and Aposenses novel molecule designed to improve its effectiveness within the tumor. Aposense plans to submit a pre-IND application and work with the FDA to complete formal toxicology studies and initiate clinical trials later in the year.
