Interna Therapeutics is an innovative biotechnology company that developed a transformational delivery technology for macromolecules. Aposense unit to raise $20m from Len Blavatnik
Aposense Ltd. has announced the founding of a subsidiary named Sirvir, which will use its genetic therapy technology to develop treatments for infectious diseases in the respiratory system. The subsidiary will be jointly owned by Aposense, Access Industries Holdings LLC, and Prof. Roger Kornberg. Access Industries has committed to investing $4 million in Sirvir immediately, with the potential for an additional $16 million investment.
