Panthera is a co-working space and club for professional women that is based on a unique operating model, offering a shared work-space, campus, and networking, as well as a social club at night, all under one roof. Pantheras goal is to advance and promote businesses owned or partnered by female professionals and entrepreneurs by helping to create more female business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and directors, and more female leadership in general. Panthera is also focused on increasing womens business income and profitability by expanding their access to resources, loans, and investors.

Men Are the Guests Here, Says Founder of Tel Aviv Women-First Coworking Space

Panthera, Israel’s first coworking space for women, was opened last month in Tel Aviv by Galit Ana Ben Simhon. The 1,000-square-meter space, which admits female entrepreneurs and companies run by women, offers cultural events, lectures, and business courses. Ben Simhon, a former executive at Israeli satellite television provider YES and insurance companies AIG and Phoenix, partnered with Limor Dahan, a radio broadcaster and media persona, and Shani Burstein, a digital strategy and marketing consultant, to open Panthera. The founders raised nearly NIS 6 million (approximately $1.7 million) to build Panthera and now plan to open additional locations in Israel and Europe.
