Healthcare Technologies subsidiary Savyon Diagnostics has entered into a joint agreement with Dr. Martin Lee of Great Smokies Diagnostic Laboratory. The agreement involves the acquisition of Savyons clinical laboratory diagnostics business for a purchase price of approximately $1.9 million.
