Meltwater B.V., a global SaaS provider of media intelligence and social analytics, has agreed to acquire Klear, an Israeli SaaS company specialising in influencer marketing. The deal, which is expected to close on April 14th, 2021, is part of Meltwaters growth strategy, which includes investments and acquisitions in the social media segment. This is Meltwaters second acquisition since it was listed on Euronext Growth Oslo in December 2020 and its tenth since 2016. Klears solutions will be integrated with Meltwaters product, creating a unique offering in the market.
